drummPayPal asks us to confirm various information, like non-profit status, relatively often. Jacob is working with them to get the documents they want. There is a good chance we will be switching to another payment processor soon.

ghazlewoodThanks Neil, will keep an eye out. I've never been a fan of Paypal. If it's any help I have a family member who works for a UK based payment processor (Secure Trading - http://www.securetrading.com). Could they help?

drummWe already used a different one for DrupalCon Copenhagen, so finding those accounts, making sure they work, and using it.

drummWe switched to a new PayPal account, to hopefully avoid issues for a bit longer. We are still looking into switching, but require something that works in EUR, probably based in Benelux or Belgium, and works with CiviCRM. Secure Trading doesn't fit these requirements.

Jeff Burnz commentedI can confirm this just worked for me, had the same problem the other day but just updated my membership now and it worked fine (I am in the EU btw if it makes any difference).
