I've done everything for correct installation per the readme.txt file, but my email addresses are still showing as john.doe@usdxxx.com when viewing the source of the page. Am I missing something? Should I be looking somewhere else? I've tried it with javascript enable and disabled and I see the same code in the source. The web site I'm working on is for a school district so it's extremely important that their email addresses are obfuscated. Thanks!

On the "Rearrange" tab of your input format, what filters do you have enabled and in what order do they appear?
