Comparison of Lightbox-type modules is tagged with Drupal 7.x, but the comparison chart only includes 4.7, 5 and 6. There have also been two modules (Colorbox, Yoxview) released since this documentation was written -- particularly important because both of these modules have D7 releases, while several of the currently compared modules do not.
Additionally, part of the comparison should probably involve integration/compatibility with the D7 Media module.
If nothing else, it seems like the D7 tag should be removed until this page is updated.
This seems like a good candidate for the doc sprint -- I can help work on it, though I don't have a lot of experience with the two new modules.

Ross-Hunter commentedI am a little familiar Colorbox and have been using Yoxview and have even written up a piece on using it on my blog. There should be a large section at the top making it clear that Colorbox and Yoxview are the 2 options available for D7. I would gladly help but the page is locked. I am at the sprint right now working on documentation.
