First release to integrate the Mapbuilder client with Drupal.
Features:

- map context node containing (limited) description of the map and its map layers; a context node can be used in mapbuilder using the relative url 'mapbuilder/context/<node id>'
- map configuration node refering a certain context 'file'; a configuration node can be used in mapbuilder using the relative url 'mapbuilder/config/<node id>'
- a map configuration can be included in a drupal node using a mapbuilder filter with a tag as '<map config="path/to/config" />' or '<map>path/to/config</map>'.
