Working with a website and although we put in meta tag data and page descriptions for primary pages. Google is picking up random page content that does not best describe the page when searched for. How do I change that?

Are you
using nodewords module? It works fine for keywords and descriptions. Page_title is good for the title tag. Could it be that google has not re-indexed those pages yet?
