Is a Flash interface/Drupal hybrid possible?

Hi, I am a total Drupal Noob. My friend designs these extaordinarily slick Flash interfaces but I want to use Drupal admin tools. Does anyone know if a hybrid like this is possible? Does anyone have any links to sites that accomplish this?

Objective: Have a dynamic website interface that doesn't need to refresh everytime a user clicks.
