I'm using cvs (and cvs_deploy module) to update my site.
Right now there's no CVS tag for 6.x-1.6, so I can't upgrade to the newer version.
I see there's a git repo available.
I love git but right now, unless all modules move to git at once, I just can't afford to have cvs and git mixed all over. Unless cvs_deploy and git_deploy can work together, do they?
Please advise as the update page on my site keeps sending me reminders.

Also created issue #1088808: Can git_deploy work alongside cvs_deploy? asking for advice regarding git_deploy+cvs_deploy.

The great migration from cvs to git is done. cvs is frozen in time. you're gonna just have to deal with that. I don't think I could even make a cvs tag for you if I wanted to.
