I am playing with 5.0-rc2, and am using Garland as the theme. I have installed both of the 5.x Adsense modules - they behave the same way.

If I create a block to display an Adsense ad in the header, the ad is displayed bracketed by stuff like this:

<!--google_ad_client="pub-xxxxxx";google_ad_type="text";...etc etc.

If I move the exact same block to the footer it works fine.

It does not matter what sort of ad shape I use in the header. They all do this.

I thought you'd like to know. Thanks!

Same here... I use IE7 and don't see it... people using firefox or safari or one I found out using Opera 9.00 all have told me about it. To see it and validate comment go to the site at http://www.leapyearbaby.com

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Chris

As far as my site goes, I stated above to go to it and see the problem in action.

Well, I have sinced solved the problem by avoiding it. I moved the Google out of the header area all-to-gether.

I am updating my comment due to noticing some traffic coming from here to my site and do not want to lead anyone on falsely.

Thanks,
Chris
