Metadata error returned by Archive.org when filenames have spaces or non-standard issues

Originally reported by raytiley in IRC -- attempting to send filenames with spaces and probably other non-standard characters results in a metadata error returned from archive.org. Ray is going to work on a patch that will clean filenames before sending using the regex provided by Tracey @ Archive.org.
