This seems like a bug, since we should already have Panels, everywhere.

merlinofchaos commentedWell. It's a difficult one.
What if you don't have Panels Everywhere? What if you have Panels Most Places?
What if you end up falling back to page.tpl.php and still have regions?
malinica commentedHas anyone solved this issue. I am having trouble with the same thing! Thanks.
merlinofchaos commentedIt's hard to really be smart enough to make it not appear. I've thought about it and I can't htink of a good way to do it.
pontus_nilssonCould it perhaps be enough if Panels Everywhere provides another/altered description text for the checkbox "Disable Drupal blocks/region", that describes why this could be in effect even with Panels Everywhere running?
bryancasler commentedI agree that this can be a minor annoyance. Going to re-assign this as a feature request.

jjclint commentedWow this is an old one.
I just came across the remove region/blocks option and since I'm using panels everywhere was left somewhat wondering. I think there should be a better explanation under the tag box, as par with merlin suggestion.
