This release includes some major restructuring as functionality is moved to modules outside of main MERCI project MERCI Pricing, MERCI Email, and Field Sync.
Another big change in this release is the move away from "über permissions" where Manage MERCI and Administer MERCI would give users permission to do many things. The new permission structure has been documented here http://drupal.org/node/1013528
This will likely be the last beta before a release candidate. New features continue to be added in modules outside of main MERCI project.
