I was going through #675348: META: Support HTML5 form input elements and some other html5 related issues and I saw Elements being mentioned a lot. It should be a core thing I guess. If this is to happen, then it is going in D8, which is years away ...so setting it to 'postponed'.

Each element group has it's own issue. Elements.module itself will remain a 'testing' ground for new elements always that we try to get into core. So we can't just move the module into core.
