while setting up the janrain module i get the following error message:

Engage web API seems to be inaccessible because of error "-110 Connection timed out".
Error contacting Engage. Please verify your internet connection and try again.

My internet connection works fine, any idea what went wrong?

Hi,

It seems that your server can't connect to rpxnow.com.

Can you try to troubleshoot the connection by logging in to your
server and pinging/telnetting rpxnow.com?

it seems working fine, when pinging rpxnow.com (via php-script, i have no ssh/telnet-access) i get:

--- rpxnow.com ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 4 received, 0% packet loss, time 2999ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 111.245/111.449/111.550/0.264 ms

Maybe the answer to the setup script from rpxnow.com takes too much time and the setup-script aborts?

Bye the way, i also cant get the reCAPTCHA module working, it also needs to connect to an external server. So it might depend on my hosting provider.

But where to start troubleshooting then? I'm not able to change any php-settings or anything else on the server configuration :(

I'm getting this error today too.

Happens after signing into the service succeeds (tested Windows Live, Yahoo! and Google).
It's the redirect that never happens, as if the sub-domain for my account isn't active.
