Full path not sent

Issue Summary

When submitting my search feed to opensearch the preview was showing that only node/XXX was sent and not http://sitename/node/XXX

however if I look at the rss feed in my browser for a search it looks good..

I don't really understand your trouble. In the opensearch feed I see everywhere absolute URIs. (HEAD)
