r0g is trying a buyHTTP.com reseller account, mentioned in http://drupal.org/node/100183#comment-188458, so I started this thread. Are you using buyHTTP.com? Which type of account? What is the result?
Here is r0j's comment so far:
In the end I plumped for buyHTTP.com's mini-reseller account.. this is $25 (£13 atm) a month for unlimited domains, databases & mailboxes and 1.5Gb storage / 50Gb bandwidth. I'm very happy with them so far, the speed seems good and their WHM / cPanel / phpMyAdmin are all up to date.. and they've got fantastico too.
I can't speak for their tech support as I haven't had call to use them yet, but this in itself speaks well of them :0)

Just a note
for my tracker. Cheers Peter :0)

+ Custom name servers with all reseller accounts
The reseller servers are listed as having PHP4. Another service, http://www.buyhttp.com/semi_dedicated_hosting.html, mentions PHP5. Neither mentions MySQL 5. I want PHP 5 and MySQL 5.

Unfortunately we don't
Unfortunately we don't currently offer MySQL 5 on any shared/reseller/semi dedicated servers.
And we appreciate the kind words.
I wanted to update to say
I wanted to update to say that our servers do now (and have for a while) use PHP5 and we have servers with both MySQL 4 & 5 if you have a preference.
