I'm using pages and panels from ctools to create a custom template for nodes, exemple the story node type. When the template is active the custom breadcrumb is remove and only the home link is show. When I deactivate the template the custom breadcrumb come back. I got no error, no warning. I'm using bartik as default theme and it does on clean install.

Is it a conflict with pages and panel ? Is it in custom breadcrumb ? I don't know.

This is the expected behavior since 7.x-1.x-dev doesn't try to work with panels. When 6.x-2.x is ported to 7.x-2.x, this feature will become available...

custom_breadcrumbs_panels is available for testing in the 7.x-2.x-dev version (or will be as soon as the latest snapshot is rolled).
