It can be confusing if author has chosen his best reply a while ago and returns, he will see multiple
"best reply" links for many comments. So once best reply is marked by author (or admin) all best reply links on other comments should disapper. When you clear a best reply, it can appear again to make a choice from other comments.

Hi Kevi,
In the settings for 7.x best reply:

Show best reply link
 yes
 no
Show the change bestreply link, when a bestreply already exists.

The wording may need to be refined.

As long as you are not admin the setting will work. I have left admin to always have access to the links.
