1. I click 'Sign in with Windows Live ID' link, login to Windows Live site, it returns back to my site.

That's all! I'm not logged in.

2. I login using my Drupal user name, go to My Account, Windows Live Indentity, click 'Activate Windows Live ID'. The same - goes to Windows Live site, returns to my Home page. In my account - still 'Your account is not enabled for windows Live ID login'.

Any ideas?

have you setup the module as per instructions?
I face this problem (i.e "nothing happens" ) when I install this in my localhost. However, when i tried this module on my public site, I'm able to use this module as per its functionality. You could try that. And if you find asolution on how to use this in a localhost , let me know.

I did setup the module according to instructions. Problem is - it's a production server, not localhost, and I don't know hoe to check/install 'mcrypt and mhash extensions for PHP'.

And "Read documentation" link on the projects page links to some site, nothing to do with documentation :(

As I'm not an expert in this stuff - help is appreciated.
