However all permissions are enabled. tried this for two users.. I tried this in two separate new installs from cvs in the last 24 hours. the cvs versions were from yesterday and today.. Contribs were as of the same time snapshot as the cvs of core.

When trying to use the dba mod one gets the below.. Maybe I'm not doing something corectly but the permission are all set to go.. I enabled everyone including anonymous.. just in case. no dice.

The attached patch solves the problem, and has been applied to cvs. The problem was a change to core introducing menu caching required an update to the module.
