I'd like to be able to control they way a book is created.
For the sake of the exempla Let's say I'll create a book for each country.
I'd create 3 content types: country, state and city.
So all books must start with country.
Under country I'm only allowed to add state (1 or many) and under state only cities.
I cannot find a away to do that with default book structure.
