404 link to 'script.js'

when validating and checking my sub theme I keep getting a 404 to a javascript file in the header...

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://SITEURL/sites/all/themes/genesis/genesis/js/script.js?li3o7k"></script>

I've changed to the std Genesis theme and get the same. I can't work out where this is being set to help and fix.

Do I have something wrong somewhere? or is this a bug?

Investigating further... just checked the sites using 7.2 and also found the same error on openconcept.ca. Presumably a bug then?
