Hi,
I don't know if I've done something wrong or if it's a bug.

Media module have installed fine and seem to be working (haven't actually uploaded anything yet). Configuring works perfect until I try to configure "image styles". I get "Internal server error" at any link I click on, including "edit".

I've checked server permissions and they seem to be correct.

I'm on a fresh install of the latest version of D7 and I don't have any other image modules active at the moment.

Please advise!

Check your web server logs, may be some hints there.

Are you still having this problem? Did you check your server's error logs and not just the Drupal error log?

I had this problem as well and fixed it by using ImageMagick instead of GD. I'm not sure if that is a solution for you all, but that may be something to try if this is still an issue you are running into.
