CSS Problems with Warped Theme

I am using the Warped theme on Drupal 4.7. I am having issues with the CSS, in both Firefox and Internet Explorer large blank spaces occur between the title of the page and the actual content. I have followed one user's suggestion on how to fix the Create Content section, which had the same problem. It involved putting this code into the style.css of the theme:

#node-form, #node-form .node-form {margin:0; padding:0; overflow: auto;}

This fixed the problem on the Create Content, but the problem still exists on http://www.silvercreekrobotics.org/?q=profile . I can't quite figure out how to get rid of the blank space.

The Warped theme seems to have tons of issues, but I really like the theme and do not want to switch to something, gasp, standards compliant. This theme doesn't validate correctly either.
