I tried to import these settings via features. The export ok, the import succesful, there aren't any diff between features and local settings. dsm (variable_get('htmlpurifier_config_3')); i get the correct settings, but after go to input format settings page, the default variables are loaded. Flush all cache doesn't solved this.

Hmm. I'm not terribly familiar with the operation of strongarm, so I'm not really sure what could be going wrong here.

Can you make a fresh Drupal install, and give step by step instructions for reproducing this bug? Try also to describe the expected behavior, and what you actually see. It is a bit hard to understand your bug report.

Issue hasn't gotten much attention in over a year. If more reports of this kind re-appear we can reopen and look into more.
