Hi

Just installed IE9 and was testing a development site on a local server. Don't know if it's just me, but the text resize didn't work for that site when viewed in IE9. All's fine in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, plus earlier versions of IE tested using IETester.

Thought you should know. Maybe something in IE9's JavaScript rendering is disabling the resize?

Regards.

I have an update. IE9 script error reporting is saying:

Message: Object doesn't support property or method 'getElementsByTagName'
Line: 16
Char: 59007
Code: 0
URI: sites/all/modules/jquery_update/replace/jquery/jquery.min.js?v=1.5

I switched off the jquery_update module and the resize now works in IE9.

So are you saying that this issue is with the jQuery Update module then instead of Text Resize?

Sounds like your javascript isn't comparable with newer version of jquery.

Tested in IE 9 again. Not seeing any errors or problems. Works fine. No further communication on this in over a year. Closing ticket.
