Since we have decided to do a minimal update, http://groups.drupal.org/node/134634, just for the sake of syncing with pifr 2.3 and deploying. Already rebased git migration changes #1094212: Rebase 6.x-3.x (2.2 + git) onto master as 6.x-2.x.

Not including those changes, here is all that lies ahead of 2.2 currently:
