When the same term has been suggested for more than one node, each suggestion/node combination is listed separately on the "Term suggestions" form. This suggests to me that I can approve each combination separately. But if I select just one node and apply the "approve as new terms" operation, the new term is added to all nodes for which it has been suggested. It looks like the other operations work the same way.

Perhaps the "Term suggestions" form should only list each suggestion once - no matter how many nodes it has been suggested for?

It's a minor point but I was confused!

I agree. I should probably separate nids into a different table and keep things cleaner. IIRC, I didn't do this the first time around due to interface design issues.
