The module is working for the most part, but it is not displaying in the review of the order and all subsequent views in the order process. However the image has uploaded to the directory.

Should be fixed.

File editing (replacing one with another) is currently impossible due to a bug in the Webform module - so that feature will be broken if a user clicks back to review his checkout values or if you try to edit an order.
