If you go to http://demo.drupalizing.com/journalcrunch/?q=node/5 (no problem on homepage) and try to print using Firefox - Shrink to Fit it will print a gap between the header and content. This can be fix by changing Shrink to Fit to something like 60%, but most users would not know this before printing. Is there a fix for this?
