I found this in the UPGRADE.txt file in Drupal 5.0:

8. Verify the new configuration file to make sure it has the
latest and correct information.

Which file should I be checking?

I guess the settings.php files in your sites folder are ment :-)

I just wanted to be sure there wasn't some other files I was missing.
