When I enable all permissions for admin role, I get the error:

An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.

As a result, I can't let admin access/edit other's contact lists:

Add contacts to other user's contact lists 0
Administer user contacts 1
Delete contacts from other user's contact lists 0
Edit other user's contacts 0
Maintain a user contacts list 1
View other user's contact lists 0

I've seen this before, it's down to permissions with an apostrophe in them.
Will resolve and patch sometime this week.
