i own grouphug.us. i am looking for an extremely fast and competent drupal expert to help me re-envision grouphug.us. as background, the site gets upwards of 100,000 hits a day but has been hurting lately because of slow updates. i'm looking to start this immediately.

I developed and currently manage Wikimedia's fundraising system. During the peak of the fundraiser, the fundraising site had over 1200 concurrent users and ran flawlessly (after a few tweaks, of course). It was linked from the front page of every Wikimedia project, including Wikipedia.
