Are there any plans to port the options that used to be available in the D6 version? I am particularly in need of the "Display number of items" and "Hide empty terms" options. I'm willing to do the work if there are no plans at the moment.

There are plans... but I would welcome a patch!

The problem with the display number of items option is that different users theoretically have access to different nodes and the counts aren't accurate. There isn't really a good way around it.

I did a patch for the node count functionality: #1165386: Node Count for D7 Version (patch included), but this does not cover all functionality from the D6 Version

It's really disaster and I may have to do another version of all my website in D6 …
