It would be great if you could choose to schedule ads to expire based on the number of impressions or the number of click thru's as well as by a specified date.

jeremy commentedAbsolutely. This is basic functionality that I hope to get in by the time I roll -beta3.

Patrick Nelson commentedBrilliant, thanks for the quick answer Jeremy. I'd like to do what I can to help - I probably cannot do much in terms of coding, but if you would like me to lend a hand with documentation, please let me know.
Regards
Patrick

jeremy commentedPatches to improve the documentation of the module would be gladly accepted. Or, if you're not comfortable generating patches, you can just post help text and let me know on which pages it should be displayed. If you decide to do this, please do so under a new issue (not this one about scheduling ads).

jeremy commentedThe first portion of this scheduling ability has been implemented in CVS. You can now specify a date and time for an advertisement to be automatically activated or expired. Support for expiring based on impressions or clicks will come next.
