Hello everyone,
I am stuck with this and would like some help please.
When the Manager makes the decision and asks for a pper to be submitted with modification as a new version, the author is not getting the option to "edit" displayed.
I have made sure that the author has permission to edit own paper, create revision and view revision.

I am not sure what is wrong. Any help will be very appreciated.
