Add redirect on node view

Issue Summary

I added an option to select whether the redirect should occur on form save, on node view, or both. One use case for this would be having a website where users don't go directly to the nodes, but see them in a view; doing a search on the website will return links to the nodes -- this patch will load the configured path when the user clicks the node link.
