I want to make a my own menu which says: xxx->dropdown>x1,x2,x3.
and that xxx is the parent and rest is the child coming from my own table.
i was struggling but still stuck can someone share his code, which says how we add menu from our own module because from this menu i have to add some session variables.

I don't see how this is linked to MenuTree. I suppose you're using the standard core menu functionnality, don't you?
MenuTree is just for generating sitemap-like pages containing all your menu items.
