Any plans on updating this to Drupal 7? I really like Topsy for Wordpress, and it's far superior to Tweetmeme.dr

Hi Adam, I'm not planning to port it anytime soon.

You can have a look to the official Twitter retweet button. http://drupal.org/project/tweetbutton

If someone it's interested to port this module, open this issue again to ask access to the git repository.

Adam, if you are using this module still, notice that has been deprecated and Topsy will discontinue the service on 12th of Feb
