Hi Hexa,
In general, when reporting any kind of bug or issue, you need to give enough information to enable the maintainers to replicate the problem. The obvious things, in very broad terms, are:

  1. what are you attempting?
  2. what happens?
  3. what do you see?
  4. what error messages are shown?

Following on from the info you provide, there will undoubtedly be more questions, but at least this is a starting point.

OK, it seems i figured out the/my problem.
Because the site was still in development, was password protected and paypal couldn't send payment info to it.
I got my first IPN just now, using paypal sandbox. Will now test subscriptions and hopefully it shall work.
I'm closing this bug. :-) Sorry for wasting your time. Maybe add info about what file paypal accesses for sending IPN data and not to have it password protected in INSTALL.txt. :-)
