Photobar permissions

Description
When I create a photobar as admin the pictures that it puts in the image gallery are only viewable by other admins. The pictures do not show up when logged in as an authenticated user. The only way to fix it seems to be to go to each individual picture and click edit and then change the permissions. How do I make the pictures accessible to all authenticated users?
