Vertical Tabs sometimes have bullets to the left

I've noticed that the Vertical Tabs will sometimes have bullets to their left when they are created from bullet lists. In particular, I see this in node/##/edit pages. The fix is simple: have Vertical Tabs set the list-style-type to none. Patch is attached.
