Drupal Download Page Not Working

Can anyone access the drupal download page using the link in the header? I get an Internal Server Error??

I get that on modules, but not on themes or download.

When I'm not logged in the problem does not occur.

Now it works. Something happened between logging out and back in again.

You have to shift-refresh. It is insanely possessive of it's; cached data.
