Can anyone access the drupal download page using the link in the header? I get an Internal Server Error??
I get that on modules, but not on themes or download.
It appears to be fixed now.

I'm getting the same error.
When I'm not logged in the problem does not occur.
Now it works. Something happened between logging out and back in again.
Firefox? Firefox has an insanely aggressive local cache

doesn't using the reload button circumvent this?
You have to shift-refresh. It is insanely possessive of it's; cached data.
