I am trying to make the MN Jake theme fixed width. Is there a way to change it somewhere so that the it sticks for the whole template? I can change the css but then with a different user logs in or i go to feeds or something, it does not work (or I have to change it in css again).

It seems like there should be a way to fix the width, but I can't see if it is in Jake, or tao or rubrik?
