I've created a view and it's display, so on Page Settings I put path: jobs but when I go to /jobs it shows: page not found, also it is NOT adding the item to the navigation menu
What can be wrong ?

Have u cleared the cache?
Have u cleared the cache? http://[your sit name].com/admin/settings/performance , clear cached data.
