Currently when confirming testbots we use the tip of the drupal project to do so. But that means that we fail testbots when it's really HEAD that's broken, and that causes a lot of trouble.

We can change to using a known-good tag instead. (When we get it working against tags)

The tag used should be a variable and show up in the configuration section.
