Port of wishlist module for Drupal 5

With the release of D5 yesterday I thought I'd dump in an issue where status on moving the wishlist module to D5 can be tracked.

I've spent the past few weeks cleaning up the issue queue and releasing what I dubbed version 2.0 of the wishlist module for the 4.7 branch. I am now reworking that code base to be the Drupal 5.0 compatible version of the wishlist module v2.0.

The task will take me longer than it should on account of having a three week old daughter. Be patient. I need sleep more than you need an updated wishlist module. :)
