I have debugging turned on, and I'm not getting the 'User has logged in' event to trigger for some reason. I'm using the latest dev code since another issue seemed to indicate I should. It didn't work with 1.0 either. I just want some arbitrary PHP to execute upon user login. But I get nada. At this point, I'm just trying to do a dsm call to make sure it works.

I haven't yet determined if this module is broken or if some other module is blocking it. I have tried to adjust weight so that rules is the heaviest with no success. I've tried using two different users, so???

I have the same problem. I think it is related to a closed issue: http://drupal.org/node/375265

The "User has logged in" event fires the rule correctly if I login from login page at /user.
But if I login through a block on another page the event does not fire.
