Release notes

First stable release of CiviCRM Active User for Drupal 6.x, finishing the port from 5.x->6.x, and upgrading to use the 2.0 APIs. Also contains minor code style fixes.

Originally tested with CiviCRM 2.2, now with CiviCRM 3.3. Since it uses the version 2.0 APIs exclusively, it should be compatible with both.
