Make operations targets larger & easier to click

Currently the drop-down operations require you to click on the word itself. When the words are relatively short it becomes a bit more work to move the mouse to them and click them.

In attached screenshot only the red is clickable, but it would be great to expand that to the green area. Especially the left and right seem valuable. Making it expand to the line between add/delete could result in accidental clicks so we should keep some space between the clickable areas.
