I run http://www.amsoftwaredesign.com and recently ported to drupal 5.x.
I am looking for a way to integrate paypal and drupal to sell my software, and I think quickfile might fit the bill, except I didn't see any where a option to create a drupal account for the user so they can return to get software updates,support etc. for software you would ideally have a new user account created upon a successfull paypal transaction and then send the user the username and logon information.
I agree the user should never have to create a drupal account themselves to make a purchase.

This version of Quickfile is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
